没年調査ソンとは、著者の没年をみんなでひたすら調査するイベントです。著者者の没年が分からないと、著作権の保護期間（50年）が満了しているか分からず、いつまでたっても自由に使うことが出来ません。そこで、図書館などで著者の没年をみんなで調べるイベント「没年調査ソン」を開催することで、著者の没年を突き止め、資料のオープン化を進めようというアイデアです。
