What if we could make this easy for anyone, so they could tag their ideas with URI? Wouldn't Linked Open Ideas be the first Natural language Linked Open Data?

Gideon Rosenblatt describes another kind of graph. We know the Social graph, and also Google's Knowledge Graph, but what about our "Interest Graph".
